Why the letter S?

Since 1928, a letter of the alphabet has been assigned to each year and we take a turn when we reach the end. This system makes it easy to calculate the year in which the cat was born and also makes it possible to orient the ideas of first names among the very wide choice.

If your cat is a purebred cat, it is imperative that its name begins with the letter of its year of birth for its registration in the LOOF. And if not, you can still choose to keep that tradition.
